Best Under Construction Page Ever (Update)
So, way back when I first started this blog my buddy over at www.rustyjr.com wanted me to link to his site. Back then, all he had was an “Under Construction Page” that was done up in notepad. So just to poke some fun I blogged about his “Best under construction page ever!” Well, it turns out that somebody went on Google and performed a search for those exact keywords! (See what his results turned up here) Neat thing is, I’m #4 for that search term. Even better is that there are no AdWords on the side for that term either. Sooo if one was so inclined to make a side business for providing cheap and simple under construction pages you could have a small niche there. Just a thought…
So at first I assumed that it was my buddy doing a search for that term so he could ping on my blog. But there are two things that prevent that, one I have his IP blocked from my stats so his visits to proof-read my entries won’t show up, and two the search came from a computer running Mac OS X! Totally awesome. I did not think my website was getting as much traffic as it does. I’ll blog about my newest addition later on.
But if you’re the guy/gal who did that search, I would love to get a comment from you. What were you looking for when you came by? I know in the past before I had a site I looked for a “cool” under construction page. If you’re looking for cool pages on the net, do a search in Google for 404 pages. There are some pretty interesting ones out there..

I would like to point out, that page has been replaced. http://www.rustyjr.com has finally moved in. Also, while your earlier post is still number four; Google has this post ranked number three!
