So this is pretty neat. I put in some info, and according to this, if the rate never changes and I put in that amount of money every time.. I’ll be a millionaire by 50. That’s sweet!

Try it yourself.

Well this was a great stumble upon! I found this game, and although it’s almost summer and this game has a winter rabbit jumping on Christmas bells, it was still a bunch of fun! I got 14550 for my score. I only played for a minute so I’m sure you can do better!

So I’ve gone and created a Technorati profiile. I should have done this a long time ago. For those of you who dont know what technorati is, its a blog tracking site. You can use it to see what’s hot on the net and keep a track of your own personal blog. I’m basically writing this so that I can prove to the automated bots that this is actually my blog that I own. Anyways, here’s their link.

Starcraft 2! About time there Blizzard!

So if you have not already heard, Blizzard is actually in the process of developing Starcraft2! It only took them what, 6 or 7 years!?

Anyways, there are a ton of new developing characters. So far they only expose the Protoss’ newest units and a brief description of them. There are some very cool looking screen shots which hint that the game play will be similar to Starcraft 1. Looks a bit like Warcraft 3 too. I will have to read up about it more as newer information arrives.

For the mean time head on over to www.starcraft2.com for the full details!

Not so long after I wrote my post about Clipperz, I got a comment from Tara about PassPack. She has written a very well put together article about the similarities between Clipperz and PassPack. As I have so many many passwords to keep track of using an online password manager would be the ideal situation for me. So I’ve decided to give them both a try. Read the rest of this entry »

Clipperz - A New Way to Manage Information

April 14th, 2007 | 1 Comment »
Posted by Ryan Barnes under Computer Things, Interesting Websites

While doing some catching up on my Google Reader, I came across a life-hacker article which featured Clipperz.

Clipperz is a website which allows it’s 100% anonymous users to store important information on their secure server. The way it works is easy to understand. When you enter sensitive data into the browser, the browser uses 128bit encryption to garble up your information and THEN send it to Clipperz. What this means, is the information they store is garbled up. NOBODY can understand it, even if they did get a hold of it. Read the rest of this entry »
