Dont click it, a very neat and new way to browse the web

So, I was stumbling across the internet and I found this webpage. Very interesting. The thing is, you dont click anything. Except once. But what’s even more interesting is that you dont need to click. It reacts to everything you move your mouse over. It seems like something easy to explain, but it’s even more fun to experience yourself.

Head over to www.dontclick.it, you’ll see what I mean.

Check these strange facts…

In 1647 the English
Parliament abolished Christmas.

The Anglo-Saxons believed
Friday to be such an unlucky day that they ritually slaughtered any child unfortunate
enough to be born on that day.

Ralph and Carolyn Cummins
had 5 children between 1952 and 1966, all were born on the 20 February.

And more strange facts here…

You know, I knew they existed, and I knew that our troops were in Iraq. But I never knew that this was so huge and was something they had to deal with. Good thing they have some actual buildings to take shelter in. I heard they can be pretty devastating to anybody caught in one.

Well this was a great stumble upon! I found this game, and although it’s almost summer and this game has a winter rabbit jumping on Christmas bells, it was still a bunch of fun! I got 14550 for my score. I only played for a minute so I’m sure you can do better!

Harry Potter’s Hermione turns 18 (in real life)

May 4th, 2008 | 3 Comments »
Posted by Ryan Barnes under Movies, People

So this is actually sort of old news, but it’s noteworthy. Emma Watson (aka Hermione from Harry Potter) turned 18 on the 28th of April. While to some this may seem nothing of importance, when you turn 18 you are considered an adult. Thusly by turning 18, she now has full access to her $20 million dollars that she earned by acting in all 5 of the Harry Potter movies. Not so bad if you ask me! She’s already set for life (as long as she is able to manager her money.)

Anyways, I just hope that she does not turn into another stupid celebrity and destroy her career and or life (Macaulay Culkin, Brittany Spears, <insert random drug addicted movie star here>).

So aside from it being her birthday, I am pretty excited about the upcoming two new Harry Potter movies. From what my friends tell me, they are glad they split the final book into two movies rather than cram and clip most of the book into 2 hours (cough cough Order of cough Phoenix).
