So I recently installed BoonEx’s Dolphin, version 7.0.0 just to see what it was all about.

After a couple hours of playing around with various settings and what not I logged out and went to sleep.

So, just today I figured out that if you need to open a document that is hosted on the internet (like a text file FAQ or something) you can just open notepad, go File->Open and then paste the URL into the filename box and hit Open.
